Savor the delightful fusion of flavors and textures as the flaky Soorya Malabar Parotta perfectly pairs with spiced paneer and veggies!

Ingredients

2 Soorya Malabar Parottas
200g paneer (cottage cheese), cubed
1 onion, thinly sliced
1 bell pepper (capsicum), thinly sliced
1 tomato, chopped
2 tablespoons yogurt
1 teaspoon ginger-garlic paste
1 teaspoon garam masala
1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
1/2 teaspoon cumin powder
1/2 teaspoon coriander powder
1/2 teaspoon red chili powder (adjust to taste)
Salt to taste
Fresh coriander leaves, chopped

Directions

In a bowl, marinate the paneer cubes with yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, garam masala, cumin powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt. Let it marinate for about 15-20 minutes.
Heat a skillet or pan over medium heat. Add a little oil and cook the marinated paneer cubes until they turn golden brown. Remove and set aside.
In the same pan, add a little more oil if needed and sauté the sliced onions and bell peppers until they are slightly softened and have a nice char. Remove and set aside.
Heat the Soorya Malabar Parottas in the stove-top.
To assemble the wrap, place a Malabar Parotta on a clean surface. Place a portion of the sautéed paneer, followed by a spoonful of the sautéed onions and bell peppers. Add chopped tomatoes and fresh coriander leaves.
Roll the Malabar Parotta tightly to form a wrap. You can secure it with a toothpick if needed.
Repeat the process for the second Malabar Parotta.
Serve the Malabar Parotta Paneer Wraps immediately, optionally with a side of mint chutney or yogurt sauce.
