200g ground chicken
1 small onion, finely chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon ginger paste
1 teaspoon cumin powder
1/2 teaspoon chili powder
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tablespoon oil for cooking
4 Soorya Coin Parottas
Ketchup, mayonnaise, or your favorite burger sauces
In a bowl, mix the ground chicken or turkey with chopped onions, minced garlic, ginger paste, cumin powder, chili powder, salt, and pepper. Form the mixture into burger patties.
Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook the patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side or until fully cooked and nicely browned.
Heat the Soorya Coin Parottas in a stove-top until golden brown.
To assemble the burger, place a Coin Parotta on a clean surface. Add either ketchup or mayonnaise whichever you prefer, lettuce leaf, followed by the cooked patty. If using cheese, place a slice on top of the patty.
Add sliced tomatoes on top of the cheese.
Spread ketchup, mayonnaise, or your favorite burger sauce on the inside of the top Coin Parotta.
Carefully place the top Coin Parotta with sauce over the veggies to complete the burger.
Serve the Crispy Coin Parotta Burger immediately, optionally with a side of crispy fries or a fresh salad.
