Ingredients

Soorya Instant Dosa Batter
200g paneer (cottage cheese), diced
1 onion, thinly sliced
1 capsicum (bell pepper), thinly sliced
2-3 green chilies, finely chopped (adjust to taste)
1 teaspoon ginger-garlic paste
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon tomato ketchup
1 teaspoon chili sauce (adjust to taste)
Salt to taste
Chopped cilantro (coriander leaves)
Oil for cooking
Grated cheese (optional)

Directions

Cut open the Soorya Instant Dosa Batter pack and scoop out the desired amount of batter into a bowl.
Dilute the batter with water to achieve the desired consistency. Mix well until smooth.
To prepare Paneer Chilli filling, heat oil in a pan. Add sliced onions and sauté until they turn translucent.
Add thinly sliced capsicum and chopped green chilies. Sauté for a few minutes.
Stir in the ginger-garlic paste and cook for a minute until fragrant.
Add the diced paneer and sauté until it starts to turn golden. Mix in soy sauce, tomato ketchup, and chili sauce. Stir well.
Add salt to taste and chopped cilantro. The paneer chilli filling is ready.
To make the Dosa, heat a dosa pan or skillet over medium heat. Grease it lightly with ghee or oil.
Stir the Soorya Instant Dosa Batter before pouring it onto the pan.
Pour a ladleful of batter onto the center of the pan. Quickly spread it in a circular motion to create a thin dosa. Drizzle a little oil or ghee around the edges of the dosa.
Spoon a portion of the prepared paneer chilli filling onto one half of the dosa. If using grated cheese, sprinkle it over the filling.
Fold the other half of the dosa over the filling to create a half-moon shape.
