Soorya Whole Wheat Chapatis
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon dried basil
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
Salt and pepper to taste
1/2 cup tomato paste
1 cup paneer (cottage cheese), crumbled or cubed
1/2 cup corn kernels (fresh, frozen, or canned)
1/2 cup green bell pepper, thinly sliced
1/2 cup red onion, thinly sliced
1-2 green chili peppers, thinly sliced (adjust to taste)
1/2 cup diced tomatoes
1 cup shredded cheese (mozzarella, cheddar, or a mix)
Fresh basil leaves, torn
To prepare for the tomato pasta sauce, in a bowl, mix together tomato paste, dried oregano, dried basil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Taste and adjust the seasoning if needed. Set aside.
