Whole Wheat Chapati Paneer Corn Pizza

Soorya Whole Wheat Chapatis
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon dried basil
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
Salt and pepper to taste
1/2 cup tomato paste
1 cup paneer (cottage cheese), crumbled or cubed
1/2 cup corn kernels (fresh, frozen, or canned)
1/2 cup green bell pepper, thinly sliced
1/2 cup red onion, thinly sliced
1-2 green chili peppers, thinly sliced (adjust to taste)
1/2 cup diced tomatoes
1 cup shredded cheese (mozzarella, cheddar, or a mix)
Fresh basil leaves, torn


To prepare for the tomato pasta sauce, in a bowl, mix together tomato paste, dried oregano, dried basil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Taste and adjust the seasoning if needed. Set aside.
Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
Place one Soorya Whole Wheat Chapati on a baking sheet or pizza stone.
Spread a generous layer of the prepared tomato paste sauce over the chapati, leaving a small border around the edges.
Evenly distribute crumbled paneer, corn kernels, green bell pepper, red onion, green chili peppers, and diced tomatoes over the sauce.
Sprinkle shredded cheese over the toppings.
Transfer the baking sheet or pizza stone to the preheated oven and bake for about 10-12 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly and the edges of the chapati are golden or on a very low heat, put the pizza on a stove-top until the cheese is melted.
Remove the pizza from the oven and sprinkle torn fresh basil leaves over the top.
