Whole Wheat Chapati Paneer Veg Spring Rolls

Soorya Whole Wheat Chapatis
1 cup paneer (cottage cheese), crumbled or diced
1/2 cup mixed vegetables (carrots, bell peppers, cabbage), thinly sliced or julienned
1 small onion, thinly sliced
1 teaspoon ginger-garlic paste
1 green chili, finely chopped (adjust to taste)
1 teaspoon soy sauce
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
Salt to taste


To prepare the paneer veg filling, heat oil in a skillet or pan over medium heat.
Add ginger-garlic paste and green chili. Sauté for a minute until fragrant.
Add sliced onions and cook until they turn translucent.
Add the mixed vegetables and cook for a few minutes until they are slightly tender but still crispy.
Add crumbled or diced paneer and stir-fry for another 2-3 minutes.
Season with soy sauce, ground black pepper, and salt. Mix well and remove from heat. Allow the filling to cool.
To make the spring roll, heat Soorya’s Whole Wheat Chapati in a stove-top and place it on a clean surface.
Place a portion of the paneer veg filling on one end of the chapati.
Fold the sides of the chapati over the filling and then roll it up tightly from the bottom, sealing the edges with water to create a spring roll wrap.
Serve the Soorya Whole Wheat Chapati Paneer Veg Spring Rolls hot with your choice of dipping sauce, such as sweet chili sauce or soy sauce.
